SURF - Pallet Block
The pneumatic pulls the spring pallet away from the triangular slot and allows air to blow out through the slot
onto the edge of the metal sheet.
The triangular slot ensures there is only a small amount of air emitted as the effect starts and the volume
increases, at an increasing rate, as more of the slot is uncovered.
