Manual Chest.
The secondary pneumatics come in 4 sizes and the pallets come in six sizes.
All Secondary Pneumatics are 93mm long but come in 4 widths.
A=35mm
B=33mm
C=29mm
D=21mm
In this chest the widths (on the "C#" side) were arranged thus:-
Trumpet/Tuba (59 notes) has 10A, 3B, 2C, 15D
Tibia (61) - 4A, 3B, 3C, 20D
Salicional (73) - 8C, 28D
Flute (73) - 5B, 4C, 27D
Vox (61) - 10C, 20D
On the C side add 1xD on each rank.
The pallets seem to be sized consistantly with the secondaries, within the 2 lengths,
93mm and 67mm.
Narrow chests like strings and voxes do not have space for the longer pallets, or your hands.
93mm Pallets come in 4 widths to match the pneumatics:-
A=19mm
B=16mm
C=14.5mm
D=11.3mm
67mm Pallets are only in 2 widths as are the corresponding pneumatics :-
C=15.5
D=11
The slots in the top boards under the pallets are 74mm or 46.5mm long
The slot widths are :-

B=9.2mm
C=8mm
D=4.5mm
67mm Pallets
C=9mm
D=4.5mm
