RELAY - Pneumatic Leathering Jig

There are only 122 Relay Secondary Pneumatics so it did not seem to justify any fancy jigs. A few nails arranged in a wood block was sufficient to hold the pneumatics for glueing.

These pneumatics have a spring screwed to the side to hold them open. It is much easier to locate the screw holes under the new leather before the glue sets. When the glue has gripped the leather, but before it hardens, it is possible to press the leather into the hole and mark it. Once the glue hardens it is impossible to feel where the holes are and relying on measurements assumes that all the holes were in the identical spot.
