ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

From: Tim Stephens, Oct 2009

I purchased 1496 from Bob Baese in July 1993 (in Garberville, CA) and moved it to Mount Aukum, CA (near Sacramento, CA).

I subsequently expanded 1496 to a 2/11 using the switch stack/relay from Opus 1729 and an electric switch.

In October 2000 I moved to Shingle Springs, CA, and expanded 1496 to 3/19 in a building I built especially for the organ. Since the 3 manual console I purchased was gutted, I installed a computerized system.

All the original components of 1496, except the console and switch stack/relay, are installed in the 3/19 - I have these in storage. I think one could reassemble 1496 with many components left over if they chose to.
