I am searching diligently for opus 1654, installed at the REX theatre in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Professor Marion P. Holt, a Spartanburg native and now living in New York City tells me that the organ
was removed from the theatre in late 1929, when the theatre was closed at the beginning of the great depression.
It was probobly donated to a local entity in Spartanburg after 1929.
I think that I may have found a few ranks and possibly the console in an old building in Spartanburg.
