My name is Gary Bieck from Elkhart Lake Wisconsin, and I currently have installed in my home Opus 1700 from the Grand
Theatre in Malone, New York. It is the complete organ minus the console. I have the Console from the Sheboygan Theatre(Opus
1828) controlling it. The Console from 1700 is in Racine Wisconsin at Paul Grant's Residence and will control a hybrid organ. Opus
1700 had been in storage by Chas. Schubert a number of years, then Dave Baker from the Chicago area bought it in 1990 with plans
of restoring it. I got it this August and restored it. It is completely playable and sounds great. We think it hasn't played since the 30's
and is in like new condition.
