In an on-going effort to un-clutter my life, I have sold the Wurlitzer pipe organ in the Monterey State Theatre--effective date of completion of sale is May 13, 2006, signed today. I could not be more pleased.
The owner of the State Theatre has decided he wants the organ to remain in the theatre and has purchased the instrument from me on a fair-market basis and it should thus remain in the theatre.
The sale is to be completed according to contract within 90 days.
