The newly restored main lobby and staircase...

(The Spanish Baroque orchestra level lobby... a medieval noble's gallery!)


The elliptical staircase is adorned with peacocks (lost to the public for many years and uncovered during renovation) ... a tribute to the restoration efforts!

Artisans applied multiple layers of color washes with aluminum and gold leafing restoring the ornate plaster columns that surround the stage.

Below is the Orpheum in the 1940s during it's Movie Palace days.
