| Chapter Pipe OrgansPage Organ at Stephenson High School The Atlanta Chapter is installing 4 manual, 18 rank Page organ in Stephenson High School, near Stone Mountain. It is the first of only three 4-manual theater organs ever made by the Page Organ Company. The others are installed in the Embassy Theater in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and the Avalon Casio Theater on Catalina Island. When the Page organ is operational in the Stephenson High School Theatre, it will be used regularly by the Chapter for concerts and meetings, and will be maintained by the chapter as a continuing work project. Kilgen/Robert Morton Organ The chapter also owns a 20 rank Robert Morton theater organ with a 4-manual Kilgen Console. We hope to install this instrument in a public venue in or near Atlanta some day. |
