Sunday May 30, 2004 will be the Atlanta premier of the original, full length, newly restored, release of Metropolis. Considered too lengthy by movie standards of that day, the public was shown an edited version which was varied again from the European release and movie chain house versions. Finally, the long awaited un-cut studio release will be seen.
