This photo was taken after we had not long arrived from a special trip to Inveramsay sidings to pick up and work some
wagons back to Kittybrewster.

 
Two 'Kitty' drivers. One is wearing the new green 'DMU' uniform that was introduced for the introduction of
the Aberdeen to Inverness Diesel Multiple Unit services around 1957.

 
Fraserburgh service at North bay platform, Aberdeen Station 1964  I don't remember the second man's
name but should as he was a neighbour. His brother was a driver who transferred to King's Cross depot.
I met him there in 1974. He is the driver you see watering WD 90468. Sadly he has since passed on.
Murdo Morrison is on D6146. Murdo transferred to Hornsey depot in London but returned home
after a few years.
