Mark Herman, from Chicago, U.S.A., completed an acclaimed concert tour of Australia in 2009 and I was privileged to have Mark stay with me for a couple of days during that tour.
Even at his young age, Mark is already up there with the best exponents of the theatre organ performance artform - sheer class. Mark connects with his music, and instrument, in a unique blend of sensitivity and sophistication that draw the listener in.
