Chapter Meeting – Sunday, November 19

Board of Directors Nominations Needed

COTOS will be at the Strand Theatre in Delaware, OH for its November general chapter meeting, Sunday November 19, starting at 3:00PM. We will begin with a business meeting. Of great importance will be the nominees for the Board of Directors, presented by the nominating committee. After this, the floor will be opened for nominations by all who are full members of COTOS and the ATOS. After the slate of nominees is finalized, we will be sending out ballots to all full members in the December Stoptab. Final voting and counting of the ballots will occur at the December meeting, which is scheduled for Sunday December 10, 2:30PM, at Rick Devere's in Westerville. Further details and directions will appear in the December Stoptab. After the business meeting, we have until 5:00PM to enjoy open console on the Conn 650. Also, the usual covered dish, snacks, and beverages are welcome from everyone.

Directions: Driving North from Columbus on Route 23, take the Route 36/William Street exit. It's about 14 miles from the intersection of 270 and 23 to this exit. Turn left (West) onto William Street. Go two blocks and turn right (North) onto N. Union Street. The next street is East Winter, where you will turn left. The Strand Theatre will be on your left in the middle of the block. There is parking on the street and a parking lot across the street.

COTOS Website Update

In the past month we've added a guestbook so any visitors to the site can leave comments. Also introduced was the Stoptab Online, a web version which will appear a week or two after the print version, slightly edited for content. Extensive pictures galleries, including some dramatic night photos, have been posted for the debut of the first in a series of installations of Ohio Theatre Organs.
