Of
first priority would be their pH meters. Two models, the pH PAL (Code
813-510) and pH Pro (Code 813-512) which are the latest technological
innovation that replaces pH Litmus paper. pH Pal has a 6mm LCD display
and measures over the range of 0 to 14pH with a resolution of 0.1pH
and an accuracy of +/- 0.2pH with an operating temperature from 0 to
50C. It costs £32.50.
The
pH Pro is a state-of-the-art electronics with a 8mm, 3½ digit LCD
read out display. The pH Pro utilises a glass measuring electrode, in
conjunction with the reference electrode and two point calibration, to
provide a guaranteed accuracy of +/- 0.05pH with a resolution of
0.01pH. The readings are automatically compensated over the operating
range of 0C to 70C. It costs £40.

You could stick to the tried
and tested pH Buffer Capsules. 4pH (Code 816-004), 7pH (Code 816-007)
and 9pH (Code 816-009) will be all you require to test your W&M`ing
brews. They appear to be a bit costly, at £6.30 per ten capsules, but
they do last a long time, once made up so should balance out over that
period.
