THE BREAKDOWN:-

Remove the colour head from the focus adjusting bracket. Make a stand to position the colour head drawn as (A) on the drawing, place this on the enlarger base. Make a box to cover the lamp item (B) which is shown on the set up to house the colour head. This will then be placed with the lamp box facing the column. The focus adjustment bracket (C) is now used to house an extension to hold the camera item (D), the camera housing housing screw on the front requires a ¬" whitworth nut to lock the camera in position. The extension (D) is locked in position on the focusing bracket, where the colour head was housed. A washer placed under the head of the nut will avoid damaging the extension bracket.

NOTE. When making item (D) measure the length required by placing the colour head in position, then place the camera on the colour head then measure the distance. It is better to have the extension slightly longer, then the base housing the colour head can be moved to suit the camera lens.
