highlight of this quarter is the Photo Action 98 at the Birmingham
International Exhibition Centre over on Friday I

years AGM. There is You

also discussed the possibility of going into colour for the CRCN, but it
was considered too expensive for full This
issue represents my 66th newsletter for the club, which I suppose is quite
a feat! We have gone from wax-stenciled pages to dot-matrix printing and
graphics and at present use quite a high quality Desktop Publishing
programme with a laser printer. It would be considered a great leap if we
could now get into quality colour printing, even if it is
only an occasional inclusion to begin with. However,
the problem of finding copy continues to cause concern. In this issue I
have had to resort to a fair bit of my own material, and using snippets
from local newsletters. I really do need you to send in something from
yourselves. Remember, what you do in your hobby may seem every-day events,
but to others it could be quite different from their interests and just a
short piece of copy explaining your activities could be JUST what another
member is looking for. Please remember my difficulties in finding fresh
copy and consider sending something for "YOUR NEWSLETTER NEEDS YOU" |
