Riviera Wurlitzer Concerts
Riviera Wurlitzer Console with original style of music stand.
One of the proudest boasts of the Riviera Theatre & Organ Preservation Society, owners of the theatre and organ, is that the Riviera may be the only theatre, with its original surviving organ still playing, that has consistently provided regular monthly organ concerts for members and the general public for over forty years.
The Monthly Organ Concert Program is one of the regular features at the Riviera and draws its audiences from far corners of the country as well as occasional world visitors. Recent changes to the program have included an annual Keyboard Pops Festival, featuring top theatre organ players as well as the nationally acclaimed American Legion Band of the Tonawandas, plus special events for Silent Movie aficionados with organ accompaniment from some of the country's most accomplished artistes.
