Fundraising
Information |
Within
a few days you will be receiving a letter from the Fund Raising
Committee. This letter will ask for your pledge of financial
support for the rebuilding of the COTOS Wurlitzer. Please
carefully consider your response. Your board has made the
commitment to see this rebuilding process through to completion.
An envelope is enclosed for your convenience.
Please notice that you can pledge a certain amount payable over a
two year period. Plans call for one-third of the money to be paid
to the rebuilder, Clark Wilson, when the organ is removed from the
high school, one-third when the organ is ready to leave the shop,
and the final one-third when the organ is finally reinstalled.
This process should take about one year from the day the removal
begins.
Phase One of the fund raising campaign is to garner support from
you, the COTOS membership. With your show of financial commitment
to the project, your committee members can then begin Phase Two;
approaching local corporations for their assistance. Phase Three,
the rebuilding process, will begin when we have raised the
required money.
Thank you for your help in rebuilding the COTOS Mighty Wurlitzer. |
